SoY:

Quality: Standard Export Quality
Grade: # 2 GMO
Base oil content 18.5% (AOCS Ac 3 – 44) with Permission non-reciprocal of 1% for every 1%, fractions in proportion, Buyer’s favor for any deficiency
Maximum humidity of 14%
Foreign matter base 1% maximum 2% with tolerance
non-reciprocal of 1% for every 1%, fractions in proportion
Damaged grains based on 8%, maximum 8.5% with non-reciprocal tolerance 2: 1, fractions in proportion, of which maximum 4% heat damaged and burned (being at least maximum 1% burned) and 6% moldy
Broken beans maximum 3%
Green beans maximum 8%
Free of poisonous seeds / shells, but with tolerance of 1 particle of vegetable seeds treated with level
unknown toxicity for each 1 kg sample in each batch of 5,000 metric tons loaded and at most 0.005% castor and / or castor peel.

Yellow Corn Grade # 2 suitable for human consumption

OUR PROCEDURES

Buyer issues LOI;
The Seller Representative issues SCO;
The Buyer accepts SCO by signing and returning it to the Seller Representative with NCND / IMFPA + ICPO + copy of the buyer’s passport;
The seller issues the FCO and the buyer must return it signed and sealed for acceptance.
The buyer sends the company’s legal documents buyer and RWA according to the model, issued by the nominating buyer bank to the selling company, to the selling bank, via swift (bank to bank);
The Seller’s Bank checks the bank’s compliance Buyer and if everything is correct, issue the draft contract sending it to the Buyer;
The Buyer checks, corrects and returns the draft contract to the Seller with signature and seal;

The Seller verifies that the contract has been approved, signed and sealed by the Buyer;
Buyer’s Bank issues POF (MT 799/255) and sends to the Seller’s Bank via swift, within 10 working days;
In 5 business days the Seller’s Bank sends to the Bank Buyer’s POP via swift (certificate of origin, export license of the product, authorization of the export document, location and product availability, producer identification refinery, laboratory analysis, certificate phytosanitary);
In 3 business days, the Buyer’s Bank will issue the Bank Guarantee (if applicable) and the Letter of Credit operative bank for payment as agreed in favor of the seller;
Within 15 working days, the Seller issues via bank the shipping documents (inspection of SGS weight and quality, bill of lading, insurance certificate, commercial invoice, certificate of ownership of SGS’s product warranty performance (PB only for annual contracts);
Delivery and shipping will begin after fulfillment the procedure described above.

Please note that some procedures may vary depending on with the instructions of each seller, as we represent several. Procedures should be adjusted according to with the buyer’s order. They will be confirmed by through the FCO / draft contract. The procedures
mentioned above are internationally accepted and reasonable terms for any purchase / sale contract.
